Check your wires to see if they are loose. I recently had a CR-10S do this and sure enough, the power leads were pretty wiggly I would also check where the leads plug into the control board. Many China printers use tinned leads into the connection block, which isn't good and can even fail. I removed...

Definitely read up on the sensor-less homing, I know it can be a little bit of trial and error dialing it in.

Ed has a really great YouTube channel about all the settings for these boards.

It looks like you are printing way too close to bed. If your firmware had it, I'd do the bed leveling wizard which moves the print head to each corner and you use a piece of paper to dial in the distance with each leveling knob. Is your z offset set correctly? I'm guessing either that or the filament isn't sticking to the bed. Make sure the bed is clean and free of finger prints
