Those Creality stock hotends can be problematic Have you checked the tube inside the hot end and checked if it is cooked/narrowed?

I've been using a lot of the Matterhacker brands as of late. Pro Series PLA and they also have the less expensive Build Series too Pro series has a higher diameter tolerance of 0.02 while Build is +/- 0.05 Still great specs

Safety, Paul would want me to remind you that you are working with chemicals, so wear gloves and glasses, and print in a well ventilated room. Enjoy Les Yes! If you read the safety data sheets on those resins, you will be very surprised how dangerous contact with those resins are. I probably repeat...

If you want professional quality, you'll want to consider quality equipment. Anycubic certainly isnt that.

I've become a fan of the Reddit groups, so you might start there. Or the Facebook group if you have social media
You could also check the Anycubic site and I believe they offer some level of support, so you could check there for the stock or latest version of the firmware for that model
