The install video is paced a little fast to keep up with....but doesn't appear to be a horrible upgrade experience

You should see the comments on their Facebook feed about the pricing. Especially people who already upgraded to the Olsson Block and have multiple printers.

These things are very quiet and have amazing airflow.

I'm a bit surprised at the price too, but it also looks like that have pre-installed as many items as they can to assist the upgrade chore

Neotko makes some good points. What if you already have the Olsson block? What if you only need some but not all the parts in the upgrade?

I'm more confused than ever....

So just use red and black ignore rest?

Well I ordered some fans from Mouser that "indicated" two wires but what showed up has plenty.

I'm wondering if I can use these fans with just the red/black wires?
