Personally After I used ThinkerCad the next step was Fusion 360 Free for Hobbyist . With the number of individuals using Fusion 360 For personal use you can find a ton of information on YouTube. With no previous experience but using ThinkerCad I build the Model below by only watching YouTube Videos....

Open Thinkercad, Click button "create new design"
Select Box Solid shape size to Length, width, and height.
Select Box hollow shape size to Length, width, and height.
Select both shapes align to center top and Group
Export and load with Cura.
No you just about have it.

This is something that most do not do when flashing the firmware. You have to read the firmware and save the changes to EEprom.
