Re: Teaser for the New Ultimaker....here we go!
WOW and the biggest new feature is........drum-roll please...........the PRICE !!! This clearly shows Ultimaker is going afterthe professional market, it seems the hobby market is not where the big bucks are made. And I love the way to switch nozzles, no complex programming no complex mechanics...ju...

Re: Star Trek 3D prints!
They look nice, too bad the resolution is just a little to course for that size of objects,
but those stands are just terrible
I hope they release those files to the public.

Re: For Sale area?
I think no commercial links is a good idea, I visit other 3D printing sites, and I see the same postings to sell stuff on several websites at the same time, Like the 3D hubs Talk talk site, now there is a "Zoe" with a nice cleavage avatar selling stuff: https://www.3dhubs.com/talk/thread/s...

Re: For Sale area?
I was hoping you would not open a for sale area, it's just begging for trouble, from scammers and the like :) could it not just be a "post your shop link here " ? I would hate for the forum to get a bad name because of scammers. or just wait a while, we don't have many members, and don't b...

I really like XT, it prints very easy and has ABS properties, but not the layer splitting during printing.
and is way more easy to sand then PLA

Re: Fuel3D Scanify Handheld 3D Scanner for $1249
Thanks for the reply :) I do agree you have more freedom while scanning, and if you don't need fine detail, then the Fuel3D is probably fine. too bad you need an annual subscription to be able to do better scans !? ( I hate that :)) And just to correct the specs for the Einscan-S, the platform is to...

Re: Fuel3D Scanify Handheld 3D Scanner for $1249
Maybe we should have a separate Selling Topic, commercial, and users, and you must at least have some contributed in some form before you can sell items, and not just make 2 postings, and only postings about selling scanners :) But with the whole selling stuff topic, could also be cause for a lot of...

He probably won't

Hmmm, it first stated it was going to be until 5 PM,
now there is no mention of when they will return, guess it's taking longer then they think
