Re: Extruder wont extrude Hitop 3DP12

Could not remember the purchase price so went to receipts, they were in lots of 3 for $31.59 and lots of 6 for $59.94. Added all together Divided by number purchased came up with $10.13 a roll with the Lot discount. Most likely will be using up all the ABS filament before the year is over. Have a fe...

Re: Extruder wont extrude Hitop 3DP12

I was told, and a little to late I might add because had already purchased 10 rolls of ABS that the Latter is better. You know 1 of every color. Re: Extruder wont extrude Hitop 3DP12

They are simple to install. They have a tapered hole that allow you to loosen the two outside Z-Axis stepper screws place the mount and reapply the screws. This will hold the Smooth rod with a lot better support. Seen in the attached photo Hic Top Z-Axis Smooth Rod Support2.jpg It Does, and I have a...

Re: Extruder wont extrude Hitop 3DP12

It would appear that we are, did not take time to note this at the time of my Post. Though it does print quite well, you can see even with all my 3D Printing that this model was attempting to warp from the bed. I was not using any ABS juice and choice to print on This cheap 3D Printer Bed Surface. ...

Re: I wrote a bloat-free STL viewer

I do not use windows Defender thous did not see the warning screen. I have found the windows defender is basically a waste of CPU power. In fact most Antivirus programs today have grown so complex that they take most processing power to run themselves. Thereby leaving you little for your personal us...

Re: Bought a used Hictop 3DP17 from a local chap...

Have never had this problem with RESTORE_LEVELING_AFTER_G28 I do know that when you update your firmware that some G-Code need to be sent to allow the new firmware defaults to be read and stored. M502: Factory Reset - Marlin Firmware M500: Save Settings - Marlin Firmware If this is not done then the...

Re: Getting the Tevo Tornado first prints going!

Had a few problems myself, with the Power supplies thermal fuse blowing on normal use. Simply removed and jumped the traces as it was in series with a standard fuse. The all-thread lead screws were the worst problem squeaking and causing Z-Axis lines on all my prints. As for the Aluminum frame it co...
