Sigh, if I had known it would still take that long I would've kept my money longer. But I'm happy that they refuse to start shipping until everything is solved.

Is the bed leveling they use so new and unseen? Didn't know that. Apparently (if you can believe Prusa) it's almost undoable with a glas plate on the bed (which is why they use those annoying PEI sheets instead). So I assume that the fact that UM can still calibrate whilst using glass is "pate...

Thanks for the video. Unfortunately I currently don't feel completely comfortable taking apart that bottom frame, knowing myself it will end up circle shaped instead of square afterwards

Hmm, had the Prusa i3 Mk2 for a week or 2 and the first PEI sheet (ultem) on the printbed is already ruined (some pieces broke of when removing a print). They cost quite a bit to replace and if every one of those is only going to last me a couple weeks... Sjeez. There won't be a glass protector for ...

I think we should get it over with and just release an Olsson printer... Makes more sense than naming all those separate parts partly the same

Kinda curious about what they come up with. If it seriously impresses me, perhaps I'll still cancel my Prusa order... So weird... Waiting 2+ years for a new UM printer, see what it will be, finally decide to order one from a different brand and about a week later: there is the new UM...
