Re: Josef talks about Multiextrusion and more
Sigh, if I had known it would still take that long I would've kept my money longer. But I'm happy that they refuse to start shipping until everything is solved.

Re: A Tea between friends :-) How was Your Day
Is the bed leveling they use so new and unseen? Didn't know that. Apparently (if you can believe Prusa) it's almost undoable with a glas plate on the bed (which is why they use those annoying PEI sheets instead). So I assume that the fact that UM can still calibrate whilst using glass is "pate...

Anders: I hope that after (or during) your metal printer training, you get to share some videos/pictures... So curious about those things!

Re: Original Prusa i3 MK2 review
Thanks for the video. Unfortunately I currently don't feel completely comfortable taking apart that bottom frame, knowing myself it will end up circle shaped instead of square afterwards
Edit: I did just order the Limonene though

Re: Original Prusa i3 MK2 review
I have the printer. When I tried to print with it, it was unable to auto-calibrate initially. Turned out one of the zip ties attaching the heated bed to the rollers came loose because they trimmed it too short. While investigating that I noticed cracks in the orange printed parts forming the frame t...

Re: Original Prusa i3 MK2 review
No... they keep postponing it with a ton of excuses (Last week "they still had some things to perfect"). I had to order a new piece of protective tape for the heated bed and although it was marked as in stock, it took them a month and a half to ship it. I think they have stopped shipping t...

Re: A Tea between friends :-) How was Your Day
Hmm, had the Prusa i3 Mk2 for a week or 2 and the first PEI sheet (ultem) on the printbed is already ruined (some pieces broke of when removing a print). They cost quite a bit to replace and if every one of those is only going to last me a couple weeks... Sjeez. There won't be a glass protector for ...

Re: Super hard nozzles - Test pilots
I think we should get it over with and just release an Olsson printer... Makes more sense than naming all those separate parts partly the same

Re: Teaser for the New Ultimaker....here we go!
I got semi excited over the new features, but that was until I saw the asking price. I'll stick to my UM2 and soon the Prusa i3

Re: Teaser for the New Ultimaker....here we go!
Kinda curious about what they come up with. If it seriously impresses me, perhaps I'll still cancel my Prusa order... So weird... Waiting 2+ years for a new UM printer, see what it will be, finally decide to order one from a different brand and about a week later: there is the new UM...

Re: Original Prusa i3 MK2 review
Still on backorder... And the multi color upgrade will definitely not come at the same time as the printer since it's to be released on Nov 26

That's very nice of you but I don't mind paying for them
After all you put a lot of your time in it as well.

Those nozzles look awesome
If you can, make sure to release 1.75mm variants as well so that I can buy one for my Prusa i3

Re: A Tea between friends :-) How was Your Day
Pretty cool shipping box.. Seems to be a perfect fit for the UM2. Did you have those made?
