I'll guess it is machined rather than cast ;)

Hi Meduza ,yes it's machined, it's not easy to do but it's not so hard than I expected .

Hi Neotko !
More than 10h following PLA prints now ! the PIB isolator coupler works really well, no any issues,
I cross the fingers that will do the same for the " PIB isolator/heat sink "....

It's planned to test other types of filament, time to finish some PLA prints I need to make before going further, I have only one printer . :cry:

Hi to all !
Going further with the PBI story :-P
The full PBI print head works great ! no sticking or friction with PLA extrusion !

One question, :-P what are the two arm attachments at the back sides of the build platform, they are for mounting something but what ? :geek:

Hi Izzy, thanks !
It is a outstanding project for optimize and rigidify better the overhang of the bed tray, with fine adjustable level rods, it's not yet completed. ;-)

One thing that i cannot see is if the screw that prevents the olsson block from rotating still does its thing with your head so it will not rotate when swapping nozzles?
