60 degrees bed, no glue, it pops right off at room temperature without water :D Problem solved!

Isn't XT a variant of PLA?

No, it is a co-polyester filament based on the Amphora polymer from eastman.

Okay, then water shouldn't harm it even after very long exposure :-)

Getting nice results now, unfortunately I'm not ninja enough to ninja away some stringing that was creeping up into the nozzle and I blocked my hotend causing steppers to stop.
bye 50% print :( Gonna remove fan cap to reduce issue, as I'm not printing with a fan anyway
But checkout these pictures for the quality!

Change the infill gap to 15% since that's for formfutura that should help with the extra material getting around the nozzle. Also if you use cura turn combing off. Also I readed from nicolinux posts that cfxt20 works better without retractions.

Yeah, retractions are off atm, I would experiment with lower temp/combing etc, but I only have filament for 1 more version, and the current one is going quite well!

I'll be curious what your final settings (in Cura) are for XT-CF20

I can't wait to try this

I had the overhang settings and infill overlap, but those were just for the model itself.

Temperatures:245/60(I used 65 for larger parts)
speed: 45mm/s(little slower for top is nice)
layerheight: 0.2mm (THIS IS A MUST, 0.1 DOESNT WORK)
infill:20%
Bot top thickness: 0.8mm

shell 1.2mm(also model dependent)

Good to know since you have a UMO with heated bed as I do

And the beauty of this is...with my fan being problematic...they aren't needed

You turned off fan and retractions? (Trying to recall where you toggle those off)

Oh yeah I forgot to mention, no fan, no retractions(actually I believe you can tweak this to have just a bit of retraction enough to fight stringing, without underextruding)

I use 35mm/s and 3.5mm without any problems (Bondtech feeder) and 25% fan at 250°C. Perfect quality with the Ruby nozzle.
