A friend was asking if I had any experience or tips to print with Ninja Flex on a newly upgraded Ultimaker 2 (+ now)

Any suggestions I can pass along?

Well.. Print really slow with no retractions and keep a consistent feed/speed.

Also, the new feeder is (just like the old feeder) not tight enough between the bowden and the drive gear to really be suited for printing flexible filaments, they can curl in the feeder and get stuck.

Agree with Meduza, print slow about 20mm/s.
Depending on the flexability you want, you can achieve a large range with variations on the number of wall thickness and percentage infill, I would recommend between 20% to 30% infill and 3 or 4 wall thicknesses.

I am a bit fan of NinjaFlex.

Agree with what have been said; what i usually see is that my first print is never great, it tends to under-extrude some layers -- probably change of material -- but after that, really nice!

Note that it sticks well to the plate, remove it when warm, because when it's cold it will be more difficult!
