Hello all.

Am I correct, if I upgrade to Cura 2.X and above I loose Pronterface. More of the Option to send codes directly to the Printer.

If correct then can I regain this type control by using Octoprint.

To answer your first question, yes. Pronterface is gone in the newer Cura releases (but the other features are worth trying it).

I can't speak for Octoprint. Haven't tried it yet.

I don't know...I have a Pi on each printer, it seems it seems pretty well tasked running one printer And they are fairly cheap. I just have to remember which IP is what...but you can adjust the web page caption for each printer, color, etc

Running a 2nd instance of OctoPrint, and using port 5001. On a single Raspberry Pi should work.

However you are correct the hi res web cam will push the raspberry to it's limits the second web cam will overload the Pi.
Would have thought a quad core processor could have executed with a better results.

Well, for $39, the Pi does quite a bit...I mean, I spend that much in filament! I dislike having them on all the time, so after a print, I pull the power cord.

Most likely would wire them into a single supply with individual power switches.

I wouldn't worry about power consumption. They can run off the power from your desktop's USB port. You can also get a power strip that has integrated USB ports and run them off that using USB->Barrel cables (I'm not sure if they are type M or type N, but they are common enough).

There is a nice tutorial on Cura 2.x and support settings. I plan on trying this out after I setup my CR-10S this weekend.
