Dear all , i am a beginner here, i am facing a issue in New purchased creality v2.1 board with led panel, the problem is when i give 12v power to the board via my power supply to test the board it flashing blue lights n screen panel light up but no display coming in panel & the buzzer beep loudly...

pls help me.

Sounds like the board may not have been flashed with the right firmware. First, double check that your screen is wired properly (cables swapped?). Next, try to reflash it. You can find several tutorials online, like this one. If that still doesn't work, return to sender as defective.
