Nozzle Hitting Problem

Post by Vampire »

I use Cura.
I built my printer myself. DIY printer.
I did a table calibration. Dimensions are fine.
You can watch the video. Especially the second 48.
I couldn't solve this problem. The nozzle hits the output.

Hello Vampire

Would you be so kind as to post your Cura version, Cura Profile, filament specs, style of 3D Printer.
Like to go through your settings to see if there could be some configuration changes that could help improve your current dilemma.

Some of the changes could include Z-Hop when retracting, Retraction speed and distance, Print Speed, Print temperature, ect. ect.

@Roberts_Clif
@LePaul

Thanks. I will upgrade the Y-axis of my printer and try again. I'll test it again with a 0.4mm nozzle in a few days.
