First timer

Thank-you. I am new to 3D printing and have an small concept Idea I would like to create. I know there is a plethora of options out there. From you tube I discovered the “TEVO Tornado” which looked like a decent printer and right price other than the sticky bed and an issue disney hub removing the print apparently. I Am looking for a printer with decent speed as I could try to produce multiple items if successful and a straight forward software to operate and of course the best bells and whistles for the price. I Do not need to print large items and the Printer would have to work with a PLA that suits to a product that can withstand outside elements. Any suggestions Small business idea 3D printer would be truely grateful
I live in Japan which is 100volt/50 Hz electricity
Thank you for any advice...

The Tevo Tornado has an AC bed and due to their "cheap at all cost" mantra, I would avoid it. I have one. It's in the corner waiting for my electrical friend to verified its completely grounded and safe.

If you don't need that sort of volume (300 x 300 X 300), the smaller printers such as the Ender3 and newer versions have been very popular and have a lot of addons available on Thingiverse.
