CR 10S Extruder Help!

Post by sudman »

Please help !

I have a 10S running MKS Robin Lite. Replaced the extruder assembly and tried to PID tune but it keeps going past the set temp by a whole lot resulting in a failed test. For example S150 goes to 230.

Replaced extruder assembly because I thought first replacement was defective but second one does the same thing

Sorry to see that somehow you got lost in the system.

Responding to your post, reply lets see if we can get this fixed.

I moved this to the CR-10 forum.

It looks like the temp sensor is out of control. Not sure where you got this firmware, but if it is from https://github.com/makerbase-mks/MKS-Robin I personally wouldn't trust it. Looks like it is run by one of the Chinese companies that make modifications to Marlin without posting their modifications.

If I were you, I'd revert back to factory firmware first to see if that resolves your issue.

I don't know what an MKS Robin Lite is?

I use the Unified Firmware made by TH3D
