Newbie question connecting cr-20 pro

Hi everyone! New to the forum, and to 3d printing. I'm trying to connect my cr-20 pro to my windows laptop and I am not having much luck I tried cura and didn't have any luck, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What version of Cura are you using.
Creality Printers use a FTDI F232R USB to Serial adapter chip.
Installing the correct Drivers is essential for windows to recognize the 3D Printer.

The driver was the issue, thank you so much !!!!!
