The yellow tubing is for cooling I would guess.

I thought the same but this question was asked knew he helped on making this giant 3D Printer an posed the question to him.
I told the person asking this Question that everyone on the project had to sign a non-disclosure agreement so a "Can't answer is" OK.

Air flow , the door these lead to allows us to out vent the ABS smell
