Creating a .Curaprofile file

Post by rdeh71 »

Hi,

I am trying to print a Escipson glider and to do this I need to use a custom profile that creates a thin wall for the wing sections. I am using a dynamic flsun qq-s printer. Eclipson have created a couple of curaprofiles for Ender 3 type printers to help with thin wall printing set up. I am using a mac and have unzipped the cura profile supplied by Eciplson and copied over what i think are the relevant new params. I have tried rezipping both in Mac and windows but get this error each time. Any one got any suggestions please ?

Any help gratefully received

Richard

So , I have found my mistake. I was not importing the .curaprofile in the correct place. It needs to imported from this place:.
1 / ..Settings/extruder1/materials/managematerials
2/ then click on profiles and import

Obvious really 8)
