Checking in...Forum 2022

Post by LePaul »

So a few things I am trying to do to help boost traffic here...

1) Mention the Forum in my YouTube videos, as I did in my last video ( )

2) I'm ever so grateful to the moderators, whom are devoted regulars here and help me police the system

3) I'm trying to keep up with updates to the forum software. It seems every update is a bit intensive and not as nice as the Windows Update we are all used to! Each update requires going back and altering things. I may see about hiring out that task in the future.

I enjoy the topics of discussion that have been here for quite some time.

I think 99% of folks find their answers in various support groups on Facebook, but it certainly can be challenging to find quality answers in there. However, given the millions of users, you typically do not have to wait long for an answer!

I won't mess with the look and layout of the forum much, as I did last year. People seem to like it just as it is!

But certainly, if you have ideas to offer on new topics, groups or subgroups, I am always open to those comments.

I hope 2022 is going well for everyone

I wanted to chime in and let you know my plans going forward!

Hello >

I have been working on my latest purchase another 3DP12 starting out with Marlin 2.0.6.3 now running Marlin 2.0.9.3.

Tried to 3D Print a G-Code that I have printed many times before only to find Nasa Wrench G-Code will not print a working model.
Now trying to get the Nasa wrench to work after 7 failed prints.

Wish there was a .3mf version for Prusaslicer 2.4.0 to make it easier to print.

I've been printing small screws and nuts on my resin printer.
Shall we say it's not easy on small threads to get it right first time. I'm still tweeking things to get a good fit.
