Ridges now in all of my prints

Hello,
i reposted this here. maybe a better spot for bad prints.

i have a Mars 3 Elegoo
recently started getting deep ridges in all of my prints.
every layer i can hear it loudly peel away from the vat as it pulls up then back down for the next layer.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

It almost sounds like the film at the bottom of the vat might need replacing? How often do you empty out and clean the vat? When you look at the film, does it look to be old, or cloudy, or in anyway misshapen? It could also be that the film is loose, and might need tightening? I don't know much about the Mars 3, but on my Photon you can adjust how taunt the film is.
