UK power supply

Post by tmarsh12345 »

I've just bought a Creality Ender 3 S1 pro. In the process of setting it up but just wary of the power supply. It came with a european/USA plug? 2-pin anyway and in the UK it's 3. I know I can get an adaptor but can I just use a PC or kettle-style plug? I'm assuming yes as I have the printer set to 240 volts but just wanted to check.

I'm not familiar with the European power system so I don't dare guess on that one
Maybe ask in one of the Ender Facebook groups?

If it's a European 2 pin plug the supply will be 240v, just change the cable.
