This is not stringing from jump from one place in the part to another, I don't think. The hot end is traveling in the arc it's supposed to but the filament is not adhering to the previous layer. Anyone have a clue how to fix this? Is this z-offset?

Ender 3 V2 Problems on Inside of Cylinders
Hello all! I have printed a few things now with a cylindrical shape on my Ender 3 V2 and see this "stringing" on all of them:
This is not stringing from jump from one place in the part to another, I don't think. The hot end is traveling in the arc it's supposed to but the filament is not adhering to the previous layer. Anyone have a clue how to fix this? Is this z-offset?
