Missing smoothcoat

Good morning, my first printer and first print. Anycubic max with PLA media. Used a scad to gcode converter because the printer wouldn't read the academic file. What did I do wrong? How can I fix this next attempt?

This is what I get when I set my filament size to 3mm when using 1.75mm filament.
