Re: A Tea between friends :-) How was Your Day
I'm frustrated they do not see it as a priority.
If a customer goes to their site, searches for the answer to a problem and gets results that are erroneous, that just frustrates the customer.
I've been in that situation finding settings for my UMO. I found tons of Ultimaker 2 answers and had to filter through a lot to get some resolution.
(Then all those results/posts you click on take a long time to load...more frustration)
And their solution is "Go to Google", using that phrasing to "fish" for answers from their site. But that tells customers to give up on their site and use Google.
And the annoying cycle continues.

I almost never used it. But when I tried I remember it wasn't good. I tend to use Google for all searches these days

I guess it's anyway the way the most people get into the forum: by Google search.

Oh real little...born in July/August?
Molly went through a growth spurt, so she's a much bigger kitten now, but struggles to be coordinated.

Molly has double paws all around, she'll be a tall cat once fully grown
She likes to sleep in the most unusual positions. Most of the time, on me

Mollys A polydactyl, extra toes?
All of Hemingway's cats were polydactyl.
This is one of my pride wanting to help me!

Those are some cute kitties. I'm more of a dog person myself though.

I'll be some happy when my kitten CALMS DOWN. She is into everything I have to look her out of the basement when the printers are running.
Oh but she's cute...

Just back from a Halloween Event at one of the large Pediatric providers (I used to work for the medical system until budget cuts forced my lay-off in 2014)
The kids were really wow'd as were the adults
