The legend says is 'infill' and by the looks it seems infill from layers below. Try to inspect the gcode for that kind of things layer by layer. There's a button to see just current layer selected on the slider.

If you click the photo and zoom in, note the S3D pieces (back and right)....note the sides of the part, especially where the hole mounts are
