Hmmm... a few of us were in the Netherlands recently... ;-)

There's one think I think we can say. The ultimaker team it's full of quite brilliant people.

And we got a tshirt a bag and some candy!

Also anders really really knows how to serve draft beer! It's a master beer feeder!

Best summer camp ever.

Dutch candy, can't imagine that being very good :)
Anyway, I'm not (yet) on vacation but have been pretty busy the last week(s).
One more day at work tomorrow and then off for the rest of the month! Yay.

Started assembling my Tooli (which finally arrived). So curious about the stuff I'll be able to do with it.

I haven't been home more than two times 2 days in the last 5 weeks, so unfortunately no time to play with my printers :-(

Oh dear. Not actually a good reason but a strong one to skip the beer... btw. I just passed Delft on my train ride from Rotterdam to Amsterdam... ;-)

Well I don't drink, so it was the soda that was skipped :P But I hope you all enjoyed it! I read something about good beer and secret things @ UM HQ, sounds like a good trip!

Eager to print something again, any one got experience with these spiral vases:
http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:481259

I noticed they were optimized for.35 nozzles, would scaling the vase in xy by 8/7 change that for.4?
Or do you know a similar model?

Any tips to have it water tight, or have it come out nice?

Don't the walls have to be a bit thicker for water?

Those are nice looking. What color filament will you use?

Hmmm... a 0.6mm nozzle and a line width of 0.7mm might be an alternative... controlled overextrusion - might also help with water tightness?

I'm running the .4 ruby exclusively now <3, that is probably too large of a jump :(

3dSolex has even 2mm nozzles now, for 2.85mm and 1.75mm filament (yes, the latter is possible...)
