Fine Detail Print Settings

SLA printers admittedly do print some amazing parts but they are messy and smelly!
So I just wondered if anyone has successfully been able adjust their printer setup to print in fine detail which is near the quality of an SLA printer? I've already fitted and used a 0.2 nozzle with reasonable results, so I've now purchased and going to try out 0.1 nozzles, a pack of them are now on their way to me in the post.
