Upgrading a CR-10S to something more like a CR-20 PRO

Two-parter where I take a CR-10S and convert it to something a lot more like a pro -- adding auto bed level, 110V heated bed, move electronics under the machine, adding vibration damping, and move the spool and filament sensor to the top of the machine.
