Hello strangers, I bought my first ever 3d printer 2 weeks ago. I bought a Creality Ender3 because it was recommended alot for beginners. As seen on the pictures it doesn't print uniformly. The first 2-3mm it prints perfectly but anything higher than that looks horrible. Being new and having no friends in the hobby I looked to the internet and tried everything I saw. Tried different extruder/print speeds but I just get the same result. Any help please? Thanks!

I'm using the Creality Slicer that came with the printer. It's powered by cura I believe.

I am test printing with My Settings Now Will post results.
You may try my Cura 15.04.6 profiles that I imported into Creality Slicer attached

I used the 0.15mm settings for PLA you provided and it worked phenomenal except for the lower areas/upside down angles which are covered in globs of filament. I opened the top to see how the infill was and it did good. I decided to also test a slightly more complex part for further testing and apart from the globs on the bottom everything else was very fine. I can barely feel the grooves. Thank you for everything so far.

We start with a base configuration then we configure it too our environmental needs.
It looks like it tried to start too close to the bed for your hardware configuration.

Others that have a more similar 3D Printers will step in and help you, as they are only here part of the time.
It also appear that you stepper motor to lead screw coupler a little wobbly.
I took an placed a single wrap of electrician tape on the Lead Screw before Pushing it into the Coupler for a true centered rotation.
