installed sensor, screen went blank

Purchased a new Geeetech A20M. Installed the 3d touch sensor, plugged it in and my display went blank. Screen will not come on at all .Easy Print will not upload the firmware to the printer. Fails to connect!!

Well I had a Geeetech and the quality out of the box was awful. You might try the Facebook group, which can be helpful at times (when they aren't making excuses on the behalf of Geetech's poor quality control)
