Bad Surface

Hi,
I've been searching for the cause of this on the Internet, but can't find something that looks like this, the surface of my print has "bands" in it as you can see in the pictures in attachment to this post. It also feels uneven if you go over it.
Any idea what could be wrong? Nozzle to close to the surface? But it seems the pattern is alternating, so I find it very strange. I use an Ender 3 V2.
