New nozzle

Hi all
I thought I'd share my experience with you.
My prints were getting slightly worse and I thought it was old filament.
Then I heard the filament feed motor clicking, ah ah, could it be the nozzle is a bit blocked.
I ordered 10 which where very not expensive, and the problem has gone away.
So next time I see problems with a print, new nozzle.

I have experienced the same problem shown in photo below.
Nozzles.jpg

As you can see the nozzles have varying problems. All nozzles starting out as 0.4mm

Top most nozzle having somehow became over-enlarged
Bottom most nozzle was hit the somehow became smaller in diameter
The Right most nozzle extruder hole appears the hole has very strangely moved to right??? can not explain this one..

And of course the left most nozzle is used as a reference.

Good point....I know many of my friends go with the cheap nozzles and have all sorts of issues

I purchase the E3D and other brands an opt for quality :)

I have purchased many different types

J-Head nozzles for 1.75mm filament
E3D nozzles for 1.75mm filament

Whatever works for my 3DP11/12 3D Printer's original Aluminum V5 Heater Block 16*16*12mm J-head Hotend

Well mine were cheap about $1 each.
The first one worked perfectly, but I only use PLA and very rarely PETG.
I'll let you know if I have any problems with the rest.
