I have an A8 with the original 8 bit board. I also have installed a capacitive sensor. I haven't been satisfied with my Z axis repeatability so I attempted to use the M48 command to check std. deviation. Unfortunately marlin 1.1.9 will not compile now as enabling the M48 uses too much memory. The arduino IDE reports I'm 3256 bytes short.
I have already disabled arc_support, s-curve-acceleration, and lin-advance in order to be able to install the capacitive probe.
Is there anything else I can disable to gain 3256 bytes?
Or am I fooling myself and just need to upgrade the mainboard?
Thanks for any help you can offer!
