Ridges now in all of my prints

Ridges now in all of my prints

Hello,
i have a Mars 3 Elegoo
recently started getting deep ridges in all of my prints.
every layer i can hear it loudly peel away from the vat as it pulls up then back down for the next layer.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've been thinking about this. Is the LCD screen working OK, have you checked it doesn't have line on it.
I understand they can fail after a time.
The other thing. are the lead screws the lift/lower, are they clean, grease can go hart after a time. Try cleaning them and give the a light oil with a dry lube.

yep. the LCD looks fine.
which screws are you referring to in the "Z axis tower?" there are a bunch.
also it can be wiggled. should that be so?

Yes the Z axis, I don't think the screws should wiggle.

Did you clean the screw and re-oil. I would recommend a dry lube that doesn't pick up dirt, but you can use any oil or grease as long as it checked as grease can go hard over time.
If the software hasn't changed it must be hardware.
Did you check you screen to see if it working OK, not sure how you would do that on your printer.
Also is the FEP is good condition?
