anycubic kobra help pleae

I have a Anycubic Kobra printer and it will not read a sd card and the cable that runs from the printer to the computer seems to be useless too. I bought this brand new about a month ago and just got it about a week and a half ago. I spent 2 days trying to reach costumer service but that never happened. I have read that there is a small board in the printer that is bad but I don't know anything about this stuff. I am new to the 3d printer world but I do know some stuff. There is a 4 step process and I followed it to the letter. Any help would be great.

Have you tried their Facebook Group or Reddit? That's very responsive

I contacted them, Anycubic, about this and long story short, I got to keep the printer and I got half of my money back. I want to fix it so I can use it. Everything else on the printer works, the control box works everything just fine. the only thing that does not work is the sd card port and the computer cable. Anycubic was kinda hard to work with, it took several attempts to get them to respond

That's their "quality", i had a similar experience.
