I tried to update the firmware on my Ender-3 S1 Pro using the update from Creality's website for the F4 processor. The update did not appear to work and now the display powers up to "CREALITY" and is just stuck there. Creality support simply pointed me to another set of updates but that didn't help.
Did anyone else have this problem and find a solution?
