Weird issues after getting my printer back

So I'm an idiot and during a period of time where I didn't need my printer taking up space, I let one of my friends borrow it. He had good luck with it up until the end and gave it back. Since then, it seems as if the printer is trying to print through the print surface for the first 5-6 layers of any given print. Any ideas? I've tried to set Z=0 and autoleveled. My printer is an old Hatchbox Alpha and I'm controlling it through Repeteir server. Any ideas?
