My 3D printers

Post by Roberts_Clif »

I have been without my 3D Printers for about 2 years now.

Why the home I was living in had no room for them!!!

Finally I have made room and look like the home they were in caused a little damage.
Need to 3D Print some broken parts, and give them all some extra careful maintenance inspections.
Then I will be back in to my 3D Printing hobby.

I have been away from 3D Printing for far too long.
My biggest project is to repair all my 3D Printers, they kind of were not treated as well as expected at the temporary home.
And I still have a little work on getting there new home ready for them.

though I am doing as well as expected.
Still need to finish my Hictop CoreXY frame conversion.

Though should not be long now.

Yes I am going to restart my DIY Home Brew Hictop 3DP11/12 Conversion to to a Simple CodeXY.

The other day ordered a new controller and some Driver chips.
as I am still using original controllers, Would like to upgrade to a 32bit controller.

Purchased a BIGTREETECH SKR Pro v1.2 32bit 3D Printer Control Board an 5Pcs TMC2209.
Motherboard parameters:
1)Appearance size: 147*95mm
2) Installation size:138 * 86.5 mm
3) Microprocessor: ARM 32-bit Cortex / M4 CPU
4) Input voltage: DC12V-DC24V
5)Motor driver support :TMC5160,TMC2208,TMC2130,ST820,LV8729, DRV8825,A4988, etc.
6) Driving mode support: TMC2130SPI, TMC5160SPI, TMC2208 UART

You seen the intended project three years ago though probably forgot so posting a current photo.

The lift has changed into a double Z-Axis form the image below although mostly the same.

I have never worked with TMC2209 before would like to set it up as sensor less homing.
May need some help with the configuration later on
Included is the Source of the Scalable CoreXY V2 (HICTOP Prusa i3 hardware Converted to CoreXY) including the Repetier-Firmware
