CR-10 S5 Issues - need help

I am trying to print on my CR-10 S5 and encountering several issues.
I am a newbie on this printer so please go easy on the responses.
The printer is not self-leveling before the print, a have a self-level kit on it.
It tries to self level but the nozzles get pressed down into the bed
It does not start printing in the correct spot, it's going way off to the right trying to start off the bed.
Any help would be most appreciated.
