Print in Place (Hinge Brick)

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has been able to successfully print one of these with a resin printer?

I got some white resin so I could color it to make some blocks, but I was just calibrating with the plain white resin (ELEGOO ABS-Like). I did some test prints with the XP2 - ValidationMatrix, then tried to dial it in with the Cones of Calibration and the Boxes of Calibration. I am able to get the Boxes of calibration to fit inside each other with some force, but I think it should fit easier. That having been said, I have Anti-Aliasing turned off and I'm using a Saturn 3 Ultra. I've been messing around with my setting trying to get it to work. I turned up my resting time from 1.5s to 3s. I even turned down all the lift and retract speeds by half. I've changed my layer height from .03 to .05. For my exposure time 1.8s seems to work, but things seem to be too fragile. So, I'm closer to 2s.
The first link to the blocks that are "together", always get fused together, like completely. I can't even force a blade between them.
The second link prints decently, but I haven't been able to get the hinge to move freely.
Seems like an over exposure issue, but I can’t go any lower and have stable results. Only other thing I can think of is the ACF film is just “blurry” enough to not allow a sharp print. But, I don’t have any way to test that theory right now.
Anyway, just wanted to see if someone else has had any success with those parts or parts like them using resin? Wish there was a model of those bricks that was in two pieces, then I'd hope I could snap them together.
Thanks!
