Well,
It's been only about a week running this printer and almost have gone through my first spool of PLA filament. After tweaking it, running it (did I mention RUNNING it), and re-tweaking; all I can say is wow. For the money you cannot beat this thing. You have to make sure everything is square, lube those shafts/bearings, LEVEL that bed (and check before each print). Pre-heat, clean nozzle and print. Also, re-check you auto-home function once in a while, and level the Z axis with the motor mounts - then level the bed.
Will be posting my small mod's I have done to make this machine run even better.
But... you HAVE TO RUN IT for a while to break in the bearings, shafts, belts, etc. in. Just like a new car/engine... she don't run smooth until she is used a little! And, re-tighten those belts, and use blue locktite on all those 2mm nuts, or they will fall off.
Have fun, and let's get posting on this thing.
Cheers,
Chip Luck
